The most likely reason for this is not having optimized your settings for your main stream under the NVR's Configuration, Event option, the default settings for the recordings of the main steam are very high by default, you should consider changing things like frame rate to 12fps in most cases and reducing the bit rate.

Camera is connected with ESW or NBS switch, with 30-mins stable flow to Ruijie Cloud. Get IPC info by logging in to NVR: Ruijie Cloud can access to NVR to get IPC related info by tunnel.

No, provided the internals of the camera are not affected when sprayed, the camera can still be RMAed if reported faulty.

Reyee ESW and NBS series will recognized the IP camera automatically.

What do I do if my upgrade fails on my Ruijie device?

Try to download the firmware from the Official website and upgrade it locally, confirm whether the firmware can be upgrade successfully, check the upgrade log on Ruijie Cloud, go to Upgrade Log, click the Details, the reason for upgrade failed will show on the list.

What information of the IP camera can be displayed on the Ruijie Cloud?

The information including Status, MAC, IP, Switch port connected with and Uplink/DownlinkSpeed will be displayed on Ruijie Cloud.

What is main stream and sub stream in Hikvision cameras?

Camera streams are broken up into main and sub streams, the main stream is for recording and shows the camera image in full resolution, where as the substream is a lower quality stream used for remote viewing.

Go to Upgrade > Device list > Recommended Version. If the recommended version is black, it is the latest version.

Its advisable to determine the time of exposure to liquid, this then identifies if the incident can be covered by TN03 which can be downloaded from the Excel website.

What happens if my Fluke product goes faulty?

If the unit is less than 28 days old then Mayflex will create an incident, send an advance replacement unit at full value (provided we have stock) and arrange for the faulty unit to be collected. A credit for the replacement unit will be issued once the fault has been confirmed by Fluke. Please note the unit will be returned to you if no fault is found and Mayflex will not be able to issue a credit for the replacement unit. This means that you will end up with 2 units if the original unit is not faulty and there might be an additional charge for this.
