March 2024, Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, is delighted to announce the enhancement of its Central Distribution Centre (CDC) at the Birmingham HQ, with the addition of Autostore from Swisslog.

February 2023, Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has appointed Francesco Bellavia in the role of Director of Sales for Security.  

Francesco (or Frankie as he prefers to be called) brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the distribution of security products having worked for several distributors in his career, more recently as the Divisional Director for Nimans in the South.

January 2024, Excel Networking Solutions, the infrastructure provider that offers: Copper and Optical Fibre, Pre-Terminated Solutions, FTTx, Racks, PDUs, Voice and a full range of accessories, has launched a new range of racks designed specifically for data centres.

The Environ DCR Rack from Excel is a new design and includes numerous features and benefits which make them ideal for a data centre environment. The racks are available in heights of 42U, 47U and 52U, widths of 600 or 800mm wide and a choice of 1000 and 1200mm deep in either grey white or black. 

November 2023, Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has recently picked up an award to celebrate their achievement and partnership with Suprema.

The awards were presented at the Suprema Global Partner Program SGPP Conference held in Bali on 15th-17th November.  Mayflex Sales Director, Ross McLetchie collected the award on behalf of Mayflex from Hanchul Kim the Chief Executive Officer for Suprema Inc.

November 2023, Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has been awarded the silver medal by EcoVadis.

Oct 2023, Excel Networking - the copper and optical fibre infrastructure provider - is delighted to announce that their share of the Category 6A market has increased to 22% putting them second in the UK, based on 2022 sales figures.

BSRIA, the UK-based testing, instrumentation, research and consultancy organisation, published their World Market for Structured Cabling report in April 2023, where the announcement was reported.

October 2023, Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has appointed Ben James in the role of account manager for Converged Technology with an emphasis on IP Security.  

Ben joins Mayflex from Motorola Solutions where he was a Regional Sales Manager, prior to that he has worked in various sales management roles within technology companies.
