What is the maximum number of ‘slaves’ that the Excel range of Intelligent PDU’s can offer?

One master can have up to 31 slaves, all from one IP address, reducing the requirement for multiple IP addresses – so 32 in total (1 master + 31 slaves)

Mayflex offer a 5 year warranty, return to base.

How do you know when there is a problem on the network of a Level One GSW-2457? 

Diagnostic LED’s display link status and activity, allowing you to quickly detect and correct problems on the network.

What is the total PoE power budget of a LevelOne GEP-1020 switch? 

150W, up to 30W per port.

If I delete a switch member (Edgecore 4620) does this affect other switch members in the stack? 

A working stack can add new members or delete old ones without service interruption.

How many Edgecore 4620 units can be stacked? 

Up to 8 units high can be stacked or to a maximum of 400 ports.

Can you mount an INT1, INT2 and INT3 PDU’s to the back of trunking in ER, CR and SR cabinets? 

555-001 PDU brackets can be fitted to all excel vertical, standard, modular and intelligent PDU’s and do not add to the overall height. Alternatively 100-092 (1U stand off brackets) 100-093 (2U stand off brackets)

From the free software provided with the INT1, INT2 and INT3 PDU’s, how many IP addresses can you monitor? 

Up to 50 IP addresses

How many INT1, INT2 and INT3 (intelligent PDU’s) can you daisy chain? 

An individual master can have up to 31 slaves, all from one IP address.

What is the charge for a Mobotix password reset

The charge for a password reset on a Mobotix camera is £100.00 Excl VAT per camera. This charge is from Mobotix and the unit needs to be sent to Mobotix for the password reset. This is because there is no back door if the admin username or password is lost. This is also not covered by Warranty and there is no advance replacement units.

What happens if my FluidMesh product goes faulty?

Mayflex will create an incident, arrange for the unit to be collected and sent to FluidMesh for repair or replacement and return it back to you once we receive the repaired or replaced unit back.

What happens if my Hard Drive of my QNAP NVR or NAS goes faulty? 

If the unit is less than 28 days old then Mayflex will create an incident, send an advance replacement unit at full value (provided we have stock) and arrange for the faulty unit to be collected. A credit for the replacement unit will be issued once the fault has been confirmed by the supplier. Please note the unit will be returned to you if no fault is found and Mayflex will not be able to issue a credit for the replacement unit. This means that you will end up with 2 units if the original unit is not faulty and there might be an additional charge for this.
If the unit is older than 28 days but less than a year old Mayflex will create an incident, arrange for the unit to be collected and test the unit. If the fault is confirmed then Mayflex will request an advance replacement unit from the supplier and send that out. The replacement unit will be sent at full value and  a credit issued once the fault has been confirmed by the supplier. If the fault cannot be confirmed the unit will be returned to you and there might be an additional charge for this.
If the unit is older than 1 year but still in warranty then Mayflex will create an incident, arrange for the unit to be collected, test the unit, send it to the supplier for repair and return it once we receive it back. If the fault cannot be confirmed the unit will be returned to you and there might be an additional charge for this. There is no advance replacement available.
