Note: Objects have different degrees of emission. Furthermore, radiation is reflected back from other objects. To increase the measuring accuracy, a black body radiator is therefore necessary, at best installed directly next to the object to be measured. This is the only way to ensure an exact reference value comparison. Distance and influencing environmental conditions must also be taken into account.
