Do I need to get an RMA from Paxton before requesting an incident from Mayflex?

Answer

"You will first need to speak with Paxton Support on telephone number 01273 811011. Next, if the issue cannot be solved, you will be emailed with a returns number.
Finally, within 30 days you can either: a) Send the product directly to Paxton with the returns number for an exchange, or b) return to your distributor for an exchange."
