The maximum channel loss to support 10GB is 2.6dB.
Fibre length (incl. patchcords) = approx. 520m = loss 1.82dB
Splice x4 = 0.2dB
Connections x4 = 1.2dB
Total loss here (worst case) = 3.22dB.
So, no is the answer. (It might work if everything is perfect, but it’s over the edge).
A normal channel has only 1 permanent link, 2 splices and 2 connections = approx.. 2.6dB overall.
