What is the warranty on my Edgecore switch?

If you buy an Edgecore product tod­ay, it’s in warranty until Edgecore stop producing that model – that could be for a number of years. Once that particular model becomes ‘end of life’, the warranty cover continues for a further two years. Once you’ve had a call with our technical support team, if the product is found to be faulty we will send you a replacement unit for delivery next working day - before you return the original unit­ to us. Mayflex will arrange with you to collect the faulty unit.
