The Mayflex assurance program for Ruijie and Reyee products includes the following promise:

  4. Distributor supported fault reported RMA
All Ruijie and Reyee managed switches and Wifi products will be covered by the Mayflex Assurance Program* with Ruijie and Reyee unmanaged switches, PoE Adaptors and Routers covered for 3 years.

A simple 30 day no quibble return policy*. For no fault returns on Ruijie and Reyee products subject to terms and conditions. For no fault returns over the 30 day period please see the standard Mayflex returns policy.
Mayflex supported fault reported RMA**

At Mayflex, we're committed to a customer-first approach, especially when you encounter a fault with your products. If you face any issues, simply reach out to our Technical Support team. We'll confirm your purchase and guide you through remote troubleshooting steps.

Should that not resolve the issue, we'll coordinate with Ruijie to confirm the fault and, upon their agreement, we’ll promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

In cases of an approved fault, we'll either provide an advance replacement unit or inform you of the repair/replacement timeline.

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of dispatch to be considered dead on arrival (DOA). This hassle-free process, in place until the standard Ruijie warranty expires, ensuring you experience the highest value and ease in your Mayflex purchases, without the runaround you might get elsewhere.

 
*Limited Lifetime Guarantee

To receive the enhanced warranty of limited lifetime either the installer, or end user of the product will be required to register with Mayflex within 60 days of purchase where the following will be required:

  • Installer Name
  • Installer Purchase Order Number
  • End User Name
  • End User Site Address Post code
  • End user site contact name
  • End user site contact email
  • Product Part code (s)
  • Product Serial numbers
Please Note: 
The warranty only applies to the original installation/registered end user.
The product must be registered for a lifetime warranty within the 60 days or the standard Ruijie warranty will apply.
**No Quible <30-day no-fault returns
  • Within 30 days of receiving Ruijie product ordered from Mayflex, customers may return unused, unopened, for a full product refund, subject to the following terms.
  • All returned goods must be free from physical damage, be in unopened packaging that has not been damaged or marked. All components must be returned – product plus any cables, manuals, CDs, packaging.
  • All returned goods must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Mayflex customers services who can be contacted on 0800 093 1202
  • Goods must be received by Mayflex within 7 days of the RMA number being issued.
  • The cost of freight to return the goods to Mayflex is to be bourne by the customer, this can be organised in 1 of 2 ways. Customer can organise transport, or Mayflex can organise the collection of the goods to be returned if this option is taken customer services will provide the cost to the customer and deduct this from the associated credit note.
