Excel Networking, a leading provider of high-performance copper and optical fibre solutions, has unveiled a powerful new feature designed to streamline product verification and compliance.  Customers can now scan a QR code on product labels to instantly access individual factory test data via the new ‘Product Performance’ portal on the Excel website.

Jason Rudge, Commercial Product Director commented “We are excited to introduce this feature, which gives our customers immediate access to specific test data recorded at production stage for each Excel product they install.  Currently, the portal supports a wide range of products including copper cables, fibre cables, fibre patch cords and fibre cassettes, with more being added regularly.”

Customers can scan the QR code or navigate to the ‘Product Performance’ section under the Resources on the Excel website.  By entering the unique ‘Test Trace’ number, which is found on the product label and outer sheath of the bulk cable, they can retrieve detailed batch test results with a single click.

Jason added “The portal also allows users to download the ‘Declaration of Performance (DOP) for each product in 17 different languages, supporting international compliance and documentation needs.”
