We care about your wellbeing
Because we believe in creating an inclusive environment for everyone, we've signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge, offering training and a dedicated internal menopause support group.
We offer a wide range of resources to support your physical, mental, and emotional health. From our Cycle to Work Scheme and gym discounts to comprehensive Employee Assistance programmes through Westfield Health and UNUM, we've got you covered. We're also proud to be gold members of The Mental Health Charter, with trained mental health champions and first aiders across the business.
Continual improvement

Each year we create a non-financial maturity assessment, which allows us to track and report transparently on the positive impact we make as an employer as well as identifying the areas we can invest further. We share this report openly, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
