Driven to Deliver More: Digital at Mayflex

Consumer digital experiences have permanently reset what people expect from every buying journey, and the pace of that change is only increasing. Real-time information, seamless ordering, instant visibility are now the baseline.

In the B2B world that brings another level of complexity. Our customers are managing large scale projects, complex specifications, contract pricing and system integrations alongside the buying decision, not to mention the actual installation. But that doesn't change the expectation of the experience. It raises the bar for what delivering a great digital platform actually means. It's a challenge we're taking seriously. At Mayflex we've built a dedicated digital team focused on making it easier for customers to work with us, across every touchpoint and every stage of the buying journey. Over the past year we've made progress that I'm genuinely pleased with. We've launched tools that make a real difference to how customers do their jobs on site, given project customers new ways to specify and configure solutions visually, and brought Elevate to market with a full digital presence. The focus throughout has been on capability that actually gets used. The next phase builds on those strong foundations. We're investing in our platforms and product data to address the things customers have told us matter most: performance, findability, accuracy and availability of information. AI is already part of how we serve customers and will play an increasing role in how we personalise and improve the experience over time. The goal is a digital experience that improves continuously and keeps pace with what customers need. Mayflex is part of Sonepar, the world's leading B2B electrical distributor.
