Martin Eccleston

Customer Experience Manager
Martin joined Mayflex in 2002 as Commercial Manager. He has since progressed to lead the company’s Customer Experience (CX) team. As a member of the Strategic Management Team, he collaborates closely with the board to review and implement business strategies. Alongside his duties heading CX, Martin oversees UK and EU Customer Service operations as well as the EU Sales Team. He maintains a strong focus on delivering service excellence and enriching the customer experience, reflecting Mayflex’s core values and its unwavering dedication to clients. Away from work, Martin is a proud father of two and grandfather to two. He’s also a passionate Liverpool FC supporter - spending countless hours travelling to and from Anfield.
