Lauren rejoined Mayflex in June 2019 to concentrate on the business development for the FTTx product range, following her earlier position with the company from March 2012 to August 2016 as an Infrastructure Account Manager. In April 2023, she was promoted to Director of Sales – FTTx, where she leads a small yet dynamic team dedicated to supporting and growing the FTTx customer base. More recently, Lauren has taken a key role in driving the promotion and sales of the Elevate – Future Faster product suite, designed specifically for the Data Centre market. Outside of work, Lauren is a devoted mum to two children and two dogs, and enjoys spending quality time exploring the countryside with her husband and family.
