Is there a dedicated Mobile App for the Mobotix Move Cameras?
As of September 2024, this is no mobile application for the Mobotix Move range of cameras, this may change in the future, for now it is recommeneded to manage the units via their own internal web interface which can be accessed via their IP address.
My C26 keeps dropping connection.
It maybe possible that your C26 is dropping connection, it is suggested that you run a contonous ping to the camera from a machine on the same network as the camera and to monitor the ping replies, if you see timeouts, log into the admin interface and check the log files for any reported internal failure log entries.
Is my C26 Overheating?
It maybe possible for your C26 to be overheating, it is suggested to log into the admin interface and check the log files for any reported overheating log entries.
Does the MX-M73A-LSA come with sensors?
No, the sensors are not supplied with the body, they are purchased separately
Can the MXManagementCenter AutoDiscover?
Yes the Mobotix MXManagementCenter can autodiscover Mobotix hardware on the work using the Add Devices option when launching the software.
