Everything required to capture, recognise, interrogate and output number plate information is embedded into the Tattile camera head negating the need for specific licences or additional equipment. Tattile has various versions of cameras depending on the application at hand, such as mobile, traffic lights or high speed, and which country the camera will operate in.
- Tattile ANPR uses a variety of cameras to detect and read number plates from Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa & Indonesia. Tattile is also capable of reading ADR Hazard Identification Numbers (HIN) also known as Kemler Codes. Kemler Codes are displayed on vehicles that are transporting hazardous goods such as oil, petrol and other highly flammable liquids and gases. Using specific cameras Tattile reads these Hazard Identification Numbers (HIN) just like any other number plate, these can
then be stored and accessed from the Wavestore metadata engine.
