The palm-sized AXIS Companion Dome is an affordably priced, easy-to-install indoor fixed dome that features high quality video in HDTV 1080p and 2 MP resolution. Video output is usable, even in complex light conditions with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). The camera features PoE that allows one cable to provide both network connectivity and electrical power. With its built-in microSD card slot for edge storage the AXIS Companion Dome offers a convenient recording solution and the support for Axis’ Zipstream technology ensures maximized recording time. The HDMI output can be used for direct connection to public view monitors for live viewing of video. The vandal and dust-resistant AXIS Companion Dome can be mounted on walls or ceilings and mounting accessories provide versatile mounting options.
