Excel Encasa 2/4 Fibre Customer Splice Point Grey

The Encasa range of customer splice points have been designed to fit within the FTTx network. These enclosures can be wall mounted. Made from 100% virgin UL94-V0 rated material, UV stable and are IP54 rated, allowing them to be used in both internal and external applications. This Encasa customer splice point accommodates up to 4 connections 2 SC or 4 LC and holds up to 6 splice connections.

Flexibility is increased through with the option to use the splice point to house a PLC splitter allowing maximum usage of the incoming feeder cable. The splice point has integrated fibre management allowing 250 µm and 900 µm fibre to be installed, keeping the fibres safe and always maintaining the required bend radius.

The additional hinged splice tray houses a fibre storage area and dedicated splice holders for up to 24 splices giving the option to be used for traditional splice of cables to extend the network if required.

The cable entry points allow for midspan cable installation and for cable to be passed through to feed further enclosures in the network
